Hi I’m Brianne,

Hi, I’m Brianne, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and the founder of Bee You Counselling Co, a business that I created to explore my passion for helping others feel seen and heard.

My journey began in cosmetology school where I became a hairstylist—a career where I had the privilege to build meaningful relationships with my clients. Through these conversations, I realized how deeply I was drawn to the emotional and mental aspects of the work. People would share their struggles, their joys, and their stories and I found myself deeply moved by the depth of the human experience.

Along the way, I also had to face my own mental health journey. For years, I struggled with what I thought was just anxiety and depression, until I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 30s. That diagnosis was a turning point for me—providing clarity, understanding, and a new sense of empowerment in my own life. It made me realize how powerful it can be to truly understand yourself, and it reaffirmed my desire to help others find that same sense of self-awareness and healing. With my experience with neurodiversity , and trauma I can help those who experience the layers of complexities with genuine empathy and care.

At Bee You Counselling, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported, no matter what you’re going through. Whether it’s processing past trauma, navigating grief, or simply trying to find your way, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that our minds and bodies have an incredible capacity to heal and grow, and sometimes, we just need a little guidance to help us find our way.

I’d be honoured to be part of your journey toward understanding, healing, and ultimately, being your best self.

The Four Pillars of Bee You

  • Curiousity fosters empathy. The more we are curious the more we are able to broaden the view in which we see ourselves, and the world. Bringing curiousity into the counselling space is invaluable to the expanding of ones mind and circumstances.

  • Creativity can help foster a sense of safety when someone is given room to explore it. Bringing creativity into the counselling space allows someone to view things from different perspectives and create movement towards new understanding.

  • One of the most important things to me is helping people create sustainable progress and change. I am here to help create systems and tools to help you walk through this world with more compassion and empathy for yourself and others.

  • Respect is showing regard for someones worth and their mutual human condition. When respect is shown safety can be created.

Motivation comes from within & I’m here to help you find it.
